2021 marked the Making a Difference Foundation’s 5-year anniversary as an organization. It’s incredible to think about how much we have grown and changed since our humble beginnings in late 2016. In our annual report we hope you will celebrate with us in all that we’ve accomplished in developing into the organization that we are today. But we also hope you’ll see how in 2021, amid constant changes, we continued to make strides in fulling our mission of igniting the passions of CHG employees and medical providers to give back.
