A Broader View offers an unique experience for volunteers with flexible dates and length of trips. Volunteers can choose trips that range from one to twelve weeks long and include a language immersion option as well. Finding a location, project, and date to volunteer with these projects is up to the individual and A Broader View is available to help individuals and groups navigate this process.

65% of the population in Honduras live below the poverty line. Patients have illnesses preventable by basic hygiene and healthy living practices, so health education is vitally important in this region. A Broader View works with local clinics, a large regional hospital, as well as a local ambulance service. Volunteers will be able to go on rounds with local hospital staff, observe minor surgeries, assist in the ER, and participate in medical brigades going out into the community.
